Reserve Your Event at the Little House at Art Park

This rental agreement is made between:

Cullman Parks, Recreation & Sports Tourism and Renter for the date and time of [Renter's chosen dates].

For rental of:

The Little House at Art Park

1031 2nd Street SW 

Cullman, AL 35055

Renter agrees to pay a total of $50 per hour to rent The Little House at Art Park on the renter's available selected date, no later than 14 days prior to the date of the event. The renter will be responsible for any and all damages made to the property during the rental agreement period. Once payment has been made in full, the renter will receive a digital key code to the back door of the property the week of the rental.

Decorations may be brought in but must be hung by non-damaging hanging devices (command strips). If decorations are brought in for a party, it is the renter’s responsibility to take all decorations out when the party ends.

Renters will have access to the building 30 MINUTES prior to their booked time for setup-up/decorating and 30 MINUTES after for clean-up. If more time is needed renter will need to book additional time.

The renter is responsible to take all trash out of the house and putting it on the back porch awaiting pick up from Parks and Recreation staff, along with any decorations or materials brought in by the renter. If tables and chairs are taken outside, it is the renter’s responsibility to bring them back inside the house.

Renter waives and releases any and all possible claims or causes of action, actual or potential, against the City of Cullman Parks, Recreation & Sports Tourism and its agents, representatives, employees, council members, board members, mayor, and/or employees for property damage, bodily injury or wrongful death arising in any way from the rental referenced herein.

Renter agrees to all terms and conditions to the above agreement for the rental of The Little House at Art Park.
