Reserve Your Event at the Little House at Art Park

Thank you for choosing the The Little House for your event. We strive to provide a great experience for all of our guests. To help us achieve that, all guests and hosts renting The Little House agree to the following rental terms and conditions.

Completing this form and submitting your deposit places a hold on your selected date, pending confirmation by the The Little House team.

Typically, you will receive confirmation within 2 business days of your reservation.

Rental Terms Summary

  • Rent is $50 per hour, payable no later than 14 days before the event.

  • Renter is responsible for any damages during the rental period.

  • Full payment grants a digital key code to the back door, provided the week of the rental.

  • Decorations must be hung with non-damaging devices and removed after the event.

  • Access to the building is allowed 30 minutes before and after the booked time for setup and cleanup.

  • Additional time must be booked if needed.

  • Renter must take out all trash and decorations, placing trash on the back porch for pickup.

  • Tables and chairs taken outside must be returned inside by the renter.

  • Renter waives all claims against the City of Cullman Parks, Recreation & Sports Tourism and its representatives for property damage, bodily injury, or wrongful death related to the rental.
